Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
This stage includes verifying the order, preparing the items, and handing the package to the courier.

Processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays. During periods of unusually high demand, processing times may extend slightly. If this occurs, customers should expect a short delay before dispatch.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We ship from multiple fulfilment centres to improve speed and reliability. Because courier networks vary by region, delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees.

Most orders arrive within the general window of 6–20 business days, depending on your proximity to our nearest warehouse and the performance of the local postal service.

External factors such as customs procedures, courier backlogs, adverse weather, or operational disruptions may extend delivery times. These conditions fall outside our control, but we will always monitor your shipment and assist where possible.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. When available, these will automatically apply during checkout if the order meets the stated criteria.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email that includes your tracking number.

Tracking numbers typically activate within 24 hours, depending on the courier’s system. You may follow your package’s progress through the courier’s online tracking portal.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Some countries charge import duties, VAT, or handling fees on international shipments. These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Gaza Kits does not control or influence customs assessments or timelines, and we cannot predict the cost of any additional charges that may arise.

6. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, we recommend checking with neighbors, building staff, or your local delivery office, as couriers may leave parcels in secure locations.

Gaza Kits is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered at checkout. Upon request, we will provide all available delivery details including the courier used, delivery confirmation, timestamp, and tracking history to support your inquiry with the carrier.

Customers are encouraged to ensure their delivery address is accurate and secure at the time of purchase.
